Calming β˜•οΈ Day 1

Welcome!

I really don’t know where I’m going with this series. I’m stumped πŸ€”. I had a few ideas from creating monogrammed cards to travel cards. I just couldn’t put anything together tonight, so I quick photographed this card. I made it over the weekend for the Eau Claire Local Store. Hopefully I will get some inspiration!!

Whimsical πŸ„ Day 8

Welcome!

I had to share another versatile card with you. This one could be used for a wedding, anniversary, birthday or even as a get well card. What are some other ideas this card could be used for? I’m excited to hear your thoughts!

Whimsical πŸ„ Day 7

Welcome!

Isn’t this adorable? You could use this card for absolutely any occasion. I normally keep my cards blank inside to allow for a personal sentiment, but I also like to mix in these types of cards too. It allows for a ton of versatility!

Enjoy your Wednesday!

Christmas in July ❄️ Day 14

Welcome!

This card is another card I made from a kit last winter. From this card, I got the inspiration to make yesterday’s card. I guess I should have posted this card yesterday πŸ˜‚

Welcome Home 🏑 Day 7

Welcome!

I love the sentiment on this card. It would be perfect for a new neighbor! This card features Catherine Pooler’s, Happy Place stamp set.

Tune in tomorrow for a new handcrafted card series. I don’t know what it will be yet, so be sure to stop by 😊

Welcome Home 🏑 Day 6

Welcome!

Today’s card is more of a tag. I believe this would be a perfect tag to attach to a housewarming gift. I used Catherine Pooler’s Happy Place stamp set for the focal point of this card.

Happy Saturday!

Welcome Home 🏑 Day 5

Welcome!

I had a lot of fun creating this card. I used Catherine Pooler‘s beautiful Happy Place stamp set. The card design was inspired by Daniel West of Del & Artie.

This past weekend, I cut out and colored one of the houses. I set it aside, not knowing what I was going to do with it.

I decided to stamp out a row of houses and then glue my original house on top of one of the images. I couldn’t decide on a sentiment, so I decided to leave it off this time. Simple, yet beautiful.

Welcome Home 🏑 Day 4

Welcome!

I have to tell you about my drive into work this morning! It was so incredibly foggy outside, plus it was pouring rain. I had such a hard time seeing the road, much less too far in front of me. It was actually kind of scary. I’m so glad I don’t have a long commute. It was also before 6am so not much traffic to deal with. Crazy weather!

Back to my card I made for you tonight. I used Catherine Pooler’s stamp set. When I saw this stamp set, it truly touched me. It reminded me so much of the house I grew up in. The house was green for many years, until my parents had it stuccoed tan when I was a little older. I also like the shape of the house. It is exactly how I used to draw my houses and trees when I was little. Well, I still do draw them that same way today πŸ€—

Welcome Home 🏑 Day 3

Welcome!

The rain continues, but it is slowly knocking down the snow banks and allowing me to see what’s coming up the road. I’m still worried about flooding because all the sewer drains are covered with snow.

Anyway, let me share with you today’s handcrafted card. This card features Altenew’s Heartfelt Sentiments stamp set. I also used my Empress for embossing, my Cricut for cutting and my Spectrum markers for coloring.

Welcome Home 🏑 Day 2

Welcome!

It is starting to warm up here and the rain has started to fall. With all the snow that fell over the last few weeks, mixed with warmer weather and constant rain-I just pray we don’t have any flooding.

I sure do get off tack pretty easily, don’t I? 😊

Today’s card features Catherine Pooler‘s sentiment from her stamp set, “Happy Place.” I had an idea for tonight’s card, but it truly came together once I stamped, “There’s no place like home.” From there, I was able to build out the rest of the card.

Until tomorrow…
