Happy Anniversary πŸŽ‰ Day 1

Welcome!

I’m starting a Happy Anniversary series this week. I had to begin with an origami dress. If you’ve been following me, you know the origami dress is one of the first cards I ever made and sold on Etsy. I’ve come a long way since that first card, but origami will always be my favorite ❀️

The lighting is a little off on this card. I got wrapped up in watching the finale of American Idol! By the time it was over and I made my card, it was already dusk. It’s ok! I think it still turned out pretty cool.

Until tomorrow (and hopefully better lighting)…

Wedding πŸ’’ Day 7

Welcome!

This is the last card of my wedding series for the week. You are probably wondering why I don’t use a Sunday-Saturday week, but I’m so used to going by my work week of Monday-Sunday.

I hope you are having a blessed Sunday. It is raining here today, but that’s ok. Everything will continue to stay nice and green outside.

Until tomorrow…

Wedding πŸ’’ Day 6

Welcome!

I did a poll on Instagram as to which card I should post tonight and it was a tie! So, I will share both cards with you.

If you haven’t done so already, please follow me on Instagram. I started a new journey and I am sharing it with my followers through my stories and I would love for you to join me on my transformation! Here is the link to my Instagram account:

Wedding πŸ’’ Day 5

Welcome!

Sorry for the cryptic message last night, but I wanted to quick post a picture of my card before midnight!

My husband had a bit of a mishap when filling up the lawn mower with gas. But, as you can see by the background of this picture, he is fine and did a beautiful job mowing our lawn today. 😊

I thought this card would be perfect for a bride to give to her groom. It is so sweet, isn’t it?? I added a bit of pink bling to bring it all together.

Wedding πŸ’’ Day 3

Welcome!

It was such a beautiful day today! I’m so happy nice weather is here to stay.

The cut apart of this card was initially 6″x5″ and I cut it down, inked the edges, mounted it on yellow card-stock, inked those edges and finally mounted both pieces on silver glitter card-stock. Once I had the card front put together, I inked the final edges and then adhered it to the card base. I thought it looked a little plain, so I topped it off with some bling!

I hope you have a great day!

Until tomorrow…

Celestial πŸŒ”πŸ’« Day 7

Welcome!

Today’s card is the last installment in the Celestial series. It is also dedicated to all mothers. I’m sure at some point as little ones, we all felt this about our moms.

Happy Mother’s Day and Happy Sunday ❀️

Until tomorrow…

Celestial πŸŒ”πŸ’« Day 4

Welcome!

Tonight’s post is being written from the Minneapolis, Minnesota airport. I’m hanging out by myself, waiting for my son’s flight to come in from Phoenix, Arizona. It was supposed to be here about one hour ago (8:30pm), but has been delayed. It should be here in another hour or so (10:20pm). The airport is about 2 hours from home and we need to get up at 5am tomorrow to leave for my daughter’s graduation. She is about 1.5 hours away.

It’s going to be a long couple of days, but I will have both of my babies with me, so it is all worth it!

Until tomorrow…

Celestial πŸŒ”πŸ’« Day 3

Welcome!

Happy Wednesday! Today’s post is late, but as soon as I got home from my business trip, we needed to go grocery shopping. My son is coming home tomorrow and he is vegan, so I wanted to stock up on all of the things he loves πŸ’•

The next few days are going to be crazy busy with my daughter graduating from college, her party, Mother’s Day…OH MY!

I will do my best to keep posting!

Until tomorrow…

Rugged 🀠 Day 7

Welcome!

Today’s creation is for a very special someone that may or may not follow me, so I left his name off of the card!

This card is totally Pinterest inspired, but is absolutely perfect for the guy who is graduating this week with a chemistry degree! Like my daughter, he was able to complete his degree in 4 years! It took me over 5 years with no breaks in my schooling 😊

Happy Sunday!
